  1. A couple of things … (1) thank you! This code helped a lot! (2) the link is broken (3) the code has one tiny hole: if the DateTime.Now.Seconds ticks up between the time you check Environment.TickCount and the time you check DateTime.Now, you can get a value that is a whole second off! Consider putting a loop in your DateTime.Now.get that checks Environment.TickCount again, after getting DateTime.Now, and goes back through if TickCount is now past m_offset.
